While you might know us for the 50+ family entertainment centers and 120+ movie theaters we have built nationwide, Twin Shores began our commercial building operations from a small office in Bettendorf, Iowa. Back then, we focused on a few regional clients. Our first retail project was a small new strip mall in the Chicago suburbs, and our first theater project was a new ground-up movie theater in St. Louis, MO.

That was in 2006.

We have since grown into a commercial construction and development organization of more than 250 skilled professionals who are dedicated to fulfilling your vision. Our portfolio of completed work over the past two decades spans across multiple markets. Our clients have ranged from small family-owned businesses to national and international conglomerates.

Twin Shores brings fun and exciting entertainment facilities to communities all over the country. We built our first family entertainment center in 2016 and have since completed over 50 entertainment facilities across 25 states.
